  • High Season - from the Easter Holiday break till the end of September plus Christmas & New Year - £380 per week
  • Low season - From the start of October till the start of the Easter break - £280 per week (excluding Christmas and New Year)

Price is fully inclusive of bed linen, gas and electricity.

Low season short breaks are available - £180 for 3 nights

Directions / Location

  1. Follow the signs to Barrow (M6 J36, A590)
  2. Upon entering Ulverston, continue past the first small roundabout (Booths on the left, Shell petrol garage on the right)
  3. Continue to the next roundabout
  4. Turn right following the signpost to 'Broughton'. (Brewery Road - past Hartley's brewery)
  5. Follow the road to the mini roundabout. Turn left and then immediately right past the 'Millers' pub.
  6. Continue through the car park to the top end of 'The Gill'.
  7. Brookside Cottage is the last property on the left hand side overlooking the brook.
